Sourced from older vines in Niagara benchlands and ancient lake beds, this Chardonnay was vinified in neutral oak barrels, where it spent 16 months maturing without bâtonnage. It’s richly scented, with an elegantly silky, complex palate displaying ripe fruit, subtle oak shading, and classic limestone minerality.
