1000m further south from Wismer-Foxcroft, on the same street, with 50m more elevation, (169m total), so Thomas harvests this 10 days later, and it’s his latest ripening parcel. Planted in 1999 in magnesium-oxide and dolomitic limestone clays / silts. This has an alluring fine grip, with noticeable extract and lemon pith gliding over a fine cream base, lit with an inherent buzzy texture, stunning. Super long on the mineral-driven finish.
