This dense, creamy Chardonnay blends grapes aged for 10-14 months in French oak barriques. There’s a generous amount of lees stirring to develop further complexity. Vibrant acidity peers through an opulent palate with flavours of ripe pear, hazelnut and sourdough framed by aromas of daffodil, toasted cedar, and baking spices.
