Back 10 Start From Scratch Chardonnay VQA 2023

This small-lot Chardonnay was barrel-fermented with wild yeast and aged in a combination of new and used Canadian oak, with extended lees contact. It’s rich and round, with apricot, citrus, tropical fruit, caramel and coconut flavours.
