Baudouin Millet Chablis 2022

The Millet family have been crafting wines in Chablis since 1980. This one is sourced from vines planted more than 30 years ago. It’s floral and fresh, with lemon, apple, honey, and a flint-inflected steely minerality. Quite crisp and precise with good length, this will drink through 2027+.
