Biblia Chora Areti White 2020

The organic Biblia Chora 2022 Assyrtiko Areti (with 14,000 bottles created) offers beautiful aromas of white peach, salted almond and crushed mica stone. This unoaked wine shows extreme definition and focus, and I am reminded of the best Santorini whites, despite the fact the vineyards for this wine are located in the mountainous north of Greece in Eastern Macedonia. Cool nights, diurnal shifts and some elevation (from 250 to 300 meters above sea level) activate the crisp freshness of this versatile and super high-performing grape. This is a special treat.
