The family-owned Bird in Hand was founded in 1997 by Andrew and Susie Nugent. This Sauvignon Blanc comes from grapes sourced from cool, high-altitude sites throughout the Adelaide Hills region. It’s intense, focused and mouth-watering, with nicely concentrated citrus, stone fruit, and savoury herbs. Drink this with grilled squid.
