Sourced from sandy and stony soils, this fifty-fifty blend of Chardonnay and Macabeo spent three months in French oak, which imparted a creamy mouthfeel to the wine. It shows peach, lime, tropical fruit, and well-integrated, balanced oak spice. This will pair well with grilled fish or butternut squash soup.
