Fruit for this wine was sourced from some of the best plantings in the Chassagne-Montrachet region, with many grapes being rejected due to Bouchard’s strict selection process. This wine from a highly respected producer offers lovely aromas of freshly cut flowers, white peach, yellow pear, and a touch of hazelnut. Complex, rich and elegant, it’s a truly refined style of Côte de Beaune white.
