This bright, lifted wine is sourced from vineyards situated 14 kilometres from the Pacific and is fermented in stainless steel. It shows generous lime, gooseberry, yellow plum, and exotic fruit, with an underpinning savoury herbal tone. It’s juicy and fresh, with bracing acidity and a saline minerality.
