Byzantium Blanc 2021

This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay. The grapes were grown at a higher elevation, shadowed by the Carpathian Mountains to the north. The result is a wine with a delicate floral bouquet and a well-rounded, fleshy palate with notes of honeydew, elderflower, and yellow peach.
