Cakebread Cellars Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This wine is fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel, clay amphora and neutral French oak vessels. The typically herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc finds a tropical flair and flinty minerality when matured in proximity to the Pacific Ocean’s cooling salty breezes. This aromatic white has hints of pineapple, starfruit and fresh dill, with a saline finish. Pair it with steamed crab legs.
