Cartuxa White Organic 2021

This fresh organic wine is produced using the Assario and Arinto grape varieties. It is fermented in stainless steel and matured on its lees for eight months. The nose is aromatic with notes of white flowers, apricots and minerals. The palate shows elegant minerality with moderate acidity and a soft, fresh finish.
