This blend is made from Encruzado, Bical, and Cerceal-Branco grapes grown in the Vila Nova de Tazem region in Dao and aged for four months in barrels. It pours with citrus and floral nuances, along with subtle wood notes. The palate is complex and balanced with a refreshing, long finish. Pair with grilled pork and sausages.
