Casas del Bosque La Cantera Botanic Series Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc La Cantera from Casablanca is pale green in the glass and presents an aromatic profile of lime, papaya and passion fruit over a layer of herbs and hints of rue and cucumber. Expressive but delicate, it has moderate fat and a tense, sugary feel; the yeast provides ballast and the malic acidity supplies the core. Citrus flavors appear toward the end and linger at leisure.
