Catherine Marshall Fermented in Clay Chenin Blanc 2023

A wine that doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves, this is a 50/50 blend of grapes from Elgin and the Bottelary Hills. It’s a complex, layered, Chenin-Blanc-meets-Meursault style with petrichor and wet stone top notes, leesy, mealy complexity, notes of beeswax and chamomile and a chiselled, refreshing finish.
