Cave Spring Chardonnay VQA

Cave Spring Chardonnay is a fruit-forward white wine made from 100% Ontario grapes. The nose shows ripe fruit aromas of pear, yellow plum and citrus. On the palate, notes of vanilla and spice interplay with ripe apple and melon flavours. This Chardonnay would be an excellent match for chicken, mushrooms, or baked salmon.
