Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru 2021

An organic wine – quite a challenge in 2021. Perhaps not the deepest or weightiest Fourchaume but this is made up for [by] a light, precise palate which is very refined and elegant. Salty, fresh notes to finish. Drinking window: 2023-2027. (Andy Howard, MW,decanter.com,Oct. 16, 2022)
