This wine is sourced from Clos de Loyse: a 10-hectare plot in Beaujolais first planted by Chartreux monks in 1643, who dug ditches to improve drainage and planted Chardonnay rather than Gamay. Fermented and aged on the lees for eight months, this ripe, elegant wine has white floral tones and tropical fruit. Perfect for shellfish. Drink through 2028+.
