Château Doisy Daëne 2025

The 2025 Doisy-Daëne has an intense nose with plenty of botrytised fruit, wonderful delineation, quite nuanced this year, with quince and light white peach scents intertwined with saffron. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, so pure and quite minerally, yet your senses are just awash with that layered botrytised fruit that lingers in the mouth.
