The 2021 Suduiraut is breathtaking. It is also a miracle wine. Conditions nearly wiped out the entire crop. Yields were just one hectoliter per hectare. No, that is not a typo. One hectoliter per hectare harvested on one of the three picks that year. Orange confit, dried flowers, jasmine, passionfruit, ginger and light tropical accents lend tremendous character.
