Frâncusa is a rare, late-ripening grape grown exclusively in northern Romania. Wines made from it show yellowish-green in the glass, with electrifying acidity, tree fruit flavours, and a slightly nutty undertone. Look for flavours of Granny Smith apple, pear and green almond in this exotic treat, and serve with grilled eggplant.
