Most of New Zealand saw smaller-than-typical harvests in 2021, and the wines are of a quality that will excite high demand. The 2021 Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs are especially electric and defined, and the tropical fruit, ripe apple, citrus and pure driving acidity in this wine make it a characterful exemplar of the vintage. It will develop through 2024+ and pair with sashimi or grilled fish.
