This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc vinified and matured in French oak. It’s citrusy and moreish, with tangy acidity and a subtle hint of sweetness. Evoking lemon, grapefruit and vanilla bean, it would pair nicely with Caprese salad or a risotto featuring mushrooms and prosciutto.
