Gold colour with green highlights. Fresh lemon aromas with honey, butter and toasty notes. The palate has good citrus fruit with balanced buttery and toasty flavours and a clean, lengthy finish. Pairs well with grilled chicken and fish. Elaborated under the supervision of Beth Din of Paris and the Orthodox Union of the USA.
