Domaine de Montille En Remilly Saint-Aubin 1er Cru 2022

Pale lemon yellow. Very primary fermentation aromas. Fresh apples, then a raft of ripe white fruit even with some sucrosity, adequate acidity behind. The 2022 En Remilly has a fairly generous profile this year – while avoiding the roasted stones of excess heat. Drink from 2025-2030. Tasted Oct 2023. Score – 90-93.
