Domaine des Malandes Vau de Vey Chablis 1er Cru 2022

Vines were planted in the 1980s by the domaine on the steep slopes of Vau de Vey, overlooking Beine. Partially aged in oak barrels, this adds an extra dimension to the concentrated palate. A fine example with plenty of acidity to balance the ripeness of fruit. Should age very well. Drinking window: 2024-2030. Score – 93. (Andy Howard, MW, decanter.com, Dec. 7, 2023)
