Domaine du Château Philippe Le Hardi Santenay Beaurepaire 1er Cru 2022

These are local vines, situated just above the Château. Full yellow in colour, before fining and filtering. Buttery and toasty, but will settle down. There is a flinty note beneath the toast and butter. Overall, this makes for a very attractive combination. Drink from 2025-2029. Tasted Oct. 2023. Score – 89-92.
