This wine is sourced from the Vaux Valley of Calvados, which is a region better known for its warming tree-fruit brandy. It’s a lively, fresh Vouvray that shows green reflections in the glass matching its notes of lime, green apple, ripe grapefruit, and flecks of dill.[The Concours des Vins du Val de Loire did not include a tasting note.] Score – Gold.
