Not at all the austere Corton that the old wine books lead you to expect! Plenty of orange-zest and orange-blossom aromas, but also flinty and earthy notes. Rich and creamy at the front, but then it turns in a much more serious and stony direction. However, even here the structure is wrapped in ripe stone-fruit character.
