Made in an oxidative style, this wine spends six years in barrel under a veil of flor (the yeast that covers the surface of the wine in barrel, as in Fino sherry). The resulting wine offers superbly complex savoury and saline notes, and represents the pinnacle of traditional Jura winemaking at Domaine du Pélican.
