This classically dry Alsatian Riesling is plush and round from extended ageing on the lees. Aromatically intense and complex, it offers suggestions of peach, pineapple, grapefruit peel, white flowers, hazelnut and mineral, with a brilliant seam of acidity. Pair with choucroute, lake fish, or coquilles St. Jacques.
