Domaine Hubert Lamy was founded in 1973, but the family has been working the vineyards in this region since 1640. This wine is a blend from village-level parcels planted between 1985 and 2000 situated along the western slope. It’s long and fresh, with ripe pear, lemon, lees, and a fine saline minerality.
