Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Les Champs Canet Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 2021

Pale lemon colour. A slightly more generous bouquet along with a suggestion of salinity. Lovely on the palate with a clean thread of white fruit and the mix of citrus and salinity at the finish.
