Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot Les Combettes Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 2023

Very pale colour. Pure white fruit, not quite so characterful, a little more flesh behind, but showing also the sense of fragility which I often find in Combettes these days. The fruit does not persist quite so well at the back as the best of the Jean-Marc Boillot 1ers Crus. Drink from 2028-2034. Score – 92. (Jasper Morris, MW, insideburgundy.com, Jan. 2025)
