Domaine Pierre Vincent Bourgogne Aligoté 2023

The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 85-year-old vines in Auxey-Duresses. Its perfumed bouquet articulates the variety extremely well. It shows fin delineation and is quite mineral-driven. The palate is sharp and lively thanks to the low pH (3.15) with a brisk, citrus-fresh finish. Here’s another Aligoté to challenge the supremacy of Chardonnay in the Côte d’Or!
