A 1980 planting. Pale lemon colour. Some tension is immediately apparent on the nose. Ripe apples, white fruit, perhaps a touch of plum behind. A fine depth of fruit behind from this lower slope vineyard, with plenty of energy at the finish. Drink from 2028-2033. Tasted Nov 2024. Score – 90-92.
