Domaine Pierre Vincent Les Pellans Bourgogne Blanc 2023

The 2023 Bourgogne Les Pellans is very discrete on the nose with well-defined hints of white peach and crushed stone. The palate is fresh and vibrant, still with that hint of orange rind flanked by Conference pear. There is a sense of class here that I really like.
