This wine comes from the largest organic vineyard in Greece, first planted with Assyrtiko in the early 1960s. It’s bold, intense and complex, with clearly defined citrus, apple, melon and mineral. The zesty acidity makes it an ideal sipper or pairing option for seafood. It will drink well through 2028 and has the potential to see 2030+.
