This wine comes from 40-year-old vines planted in clay, limestone and marl. It’s best characterized by freshness, with ripe fruit, mineral, and delicately applied oak in support. Great for scallops in a butter sauce, grilled chicken, or sautéed mushrooms. (Decanter World Wine Awards,2024)
