The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé Héritage, a selection of parcels from various soils, has a taut bouquet that unfurls in the glass with flint and sea cave aromas. The palate is well-balanced, with a fresh, tensile opening and fine acidity. The 2019 is lightly spiced with a focused, slightly conservative but persistent, saline finish. Good potential.
