The fruit for this wine comes primarily from the Cher Valley, where the fairy-tale-like castles and picturesque villages make turning back time seem easy. It’s aromatic and intense, with excellent balance and freshness and quite bold lemon, grapefruit and tangy tropical tones. The underlying herbal notes add depth and character, as does the precise minerality. Pair with white fish or serve with goat cheese.
