Vigna Di Garbi is created from a blend of the indigenous Sicilian varietal Catarratto with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. Initial aromas of citrus and tropical fruits lead to pleasant floral and herbal notes. Fresh and elegant flavours on the palate finish with a light savoury note. Pair with mushroom risotto.
