Dough offers two needs-based $2,500 scholarships to students of George Brown College’s hospitality and culinary arts programs. This Chardonnay has good tension and structure and is crafted with early enjoyment in mind. It’s mostly barrel fermented in French oak, with a small amount fermented in stainless steel. It’s rich and fresh, with a crisp, creamy mouthfeel, brightly delineated lemon, pineapple, orange, apple, pie crust and spice. Enjoy through 2024+.
