The 2021 Bernkasteler Graben Riesling Spätlese opens with a precise, aromatic and flinty bouquet of blue slate and ripe, spiced Riesling fruits. Lush and savory on the palate, this is a mouth-filling yet pure, crystalline and saline Graben Spätlese that doesn’t taste really sweet but saline and even almost dry on the aftertaste.
