E. Guigal Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2021

Coming in a notch above the 2020, the 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is laced with lemon flesh, yellow apple, cedar, white peach and pear. Showing brighter acidity than the 2020, the 2021 packs lovely energy and classic expression. I look forward to tasting the finished wine once bottled. Drinking window: 2024-2027. Score – 91-93.
