Sourced from ungrafted Assyrtiko vines aged 180-200 years, this wine was fermented in French oak and then aged in oak for one year with a second year spent in stainless steel. It’s floral, rich and complex, with good balance, tangy citrus, herbs, mineral, and touches of oak spice. This incredible wine has the potential to see 2040+.
