Featherstone Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This wine was mostly fermented and aged in stainless steel, but 20% was fermented in neutral Canadian oak barrels, imparting additional complexity and depth. It’s lively and crisp, with tangy, buoyant citrus, crunchy pear, gooseberry and spice. This has the potential to evolve through 2028+.
