Featherstone Sauvignon Blanc VQA 2023

20% of the fruit was barrel fermented using neutral Canadian oak barrels. It has an enticing nose of grapefruit, peach, grassy/herbaceous notes, apple and just a hint of spice. There is lovely texture on the palate with rich and layered pear, peach, fresh apple, grapefruit, minty herbs, touch of spice and a vibrant finish.
