Flat Rock Amplify Dry Riesling 2023

Unusually for Riesling, this was vinified and aged in barrel. The wine underwent full malolactic conversion (a process more typical of buttery Chardonnay) and is fermented until bone-dry. The result is an unconventionally rich, full Riesling with more mellow, rather than piercing, acidity. Calls for a whole roasted chicken stuffed with citrus and herbs.
